This pack includes:
- Chose the size of the PET film, either 20 sheets of A4 or 20 sheets of A3 premium DTF PET film
- 500g of Redback premium DTF white fine-medium powder
- 500g of Redback premium DTF black fine-medium powder
The curing time for both (white and black) powder
- Small oven: Typically ranges between 95 to 105 degrees Celsius for around 2 minutes in small oven, though it may vary depending on the type of equipment/brand used.
- In a complete setup (printer and shaker), the curing duration is aligned with the machine's operating speed. Recommended temperature range is 105-115°C, suitable for both white and black powders.
Redback premium DTF PET film A4 - instant peel- Frosted on both sides.
- This premium PET film is 75 microns thick and is 6 layers (coatings) for optimal inkabsorption. Produces superior results when used with any decent DTF powder and decent DTF ink. Instant peeling, hot peel, or cold peel. No warm peel.
- Heat press temperature 150-160 °C, 8 sec the pressing temperature may vary depending on the type of equipment or brand utilized.
Please note:
- Use PET film in an adequately ventilated, dry environment, with humidity between 50-60%. It should be resealed when you are not using it.
- The pack includes a note indicating which side is suitable for printing.
