This premium PET film has:
- plastic base film 75µm (some factories choose thinner base films, such as 60 micrometres, or even as low as 50 or 35 micrometres, to achieve cost savings)
- (base +coating) thickness: 85 - 90µm for optimal ink absorption.
Produces superior results when used with any decent to high quality DTF powder and decent to high quality DTF ink.

Heat press settings: (130-150 °C, 15-20 sec)or (150-160°C, 8-15 sec) the settings may vary depending on the type of equipment or brand utilized.
Please note:
Use PET film in adequately ventilated, dry environment, with humidity between 45-60%.
It should be resealed when you are not using it.
WARNING: Always work in a well-ventilated area and wear protective gear (masks, gloves) when handling DTF, DTG, UV, or other specialty printing materials. Fumes can be hazardous, so we highly recommend using a fume extractor and ensuring proper ventilation.
DTF 42cm * 100m PET film - double side frosted; instant peel
This premium PET film has been formulated for optimal absorption of DTF ink and will peel without problems, leaning stunningly vivid and durable DTF transfers.
The film is not tightly rolled, so please don't tilt whilst holding in one hand as the inner layers may shift sideways. This superior quality film will give you excellent results. Please do not store in sunlight, nor in a humid environment. All PET film types should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry environment, ideally with humidity between 45-60%. It is a good idea to reseal it in a plastic bag if you aren't going to use it again within a few days.
