dtf pet film
Redback high quality DTF PET heat transfer film for superior results
Our premium DTF PET films have excellent ink absorption for high-precision printing for transfer to cotton, polyester, nylon and mixed fabrics. A premium quality film saves you ink and provides excellent adhesion to the DTF powder, ensuring a consistent finish across the fabric that is vivid and durable.
Choose from single side or double side frosted sheets or rolls. Our superior quality single side frosted PET film is 90 micromillimeters thick with 5 layers (coatings), with the PET film frosted on both sides (called double side frosted) being 100 micromillimeters with 6 layers.
Choose from A3; A3+ and A4 sized packs of 100 sheets, or 30cm; 33cm or 60cm rolls of 100m in either hot peel, of cold peel for selected items.
Please note that hot peel PET film may be peeled hot or cold.
hot peel pet film sheets and rolls
High quality hot peel PET film has a special silicone release coating. The quality of this coating is crucial for all of its performance elements: ink absorption; powder adherence and peeling. A number of elements will affect performance, such as the quality of your printing hardware, consumables (ink, film and powder) and the environment (especially humidity) during printing but generally we'd advise:
- peeling after 5-10 seconds
- lower heat pressing temperature 130-150°C
cold peel pet film sheets and rolls
High quality cold peel PET film has a special silicone release coating. This
component is more stable/ less delicate than the wax coating in hot peel PET film, making it easier for the manufacturer to apply to the film. The quality of this coating is crucial for all of its performance elements: ink absorption; powder adherence and peeling. A number of elements will affect performance, such as the quality of your printing hardware, consumables (ink, film and powder) and the environment (especially humidity) during printing, but generally we'd advise:
- for peeling after 10-15 seconds, use higher heat pressing temperature of 150-160°C,
- for peeling after 5-10 seconds, use a lower heat pressing temperature of 130-150°C
glitter hot peel pet film sheets & rolls
High quality hot peel glitter PET film will have generally the same care / use qualities / requirements as our other high quality hot peel PET film. Generally, we'd advise you to either hot peel it (wait around 5 seconds) or cold peel it (wait at least 15 seconds) rather than warm peel it. For special finishes, glitter peel delivers awesome aesthetic results with the same durability of our non-glitter PET films.
